Bp is low,sugar is also low

My husband is 39 yrs old.He has Bp ,sugar,thyroid.He has undergone Engioplasty in 2018,one stint has been inserted.Last 3-4 days his sugar(fasting) is 64.BP is 113/64.Today he is having gastric issue. Please guide us.
