  4. BP in range of 140/90. A cardiologist?

In two recent times my BP done by doctors for two different reasons was in the range of 140/90. Is this high? One time it was a general checkup for a medical form. Other time it was checked by my endocrinologist when I had gone for a high insulin consultation. Do I need to see a cardiologist?
