As of now i don't think you need any tablets.
You just need to lower your salt intake.
Avoid pickles and papads.
Avoid soy sauce in your diet.
Have smaller meals.
Walking for at least 40 minutes Every day is required.
If still your blood pressure is high, then you need medicines.
