Hi I'm 38 years guy i have 150/110 continuously i don't want to take medicine plz tel me any other way to decrease my bp

Take low fat n low salt diet. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods,fatty food's salty namkins pickle. Includes in ur diet more of vegetables and salads fruits. Drink water 16glasses daily. Send me your recent medical reports.
