Bow legs issue

How do I correct my inherited bow legs at 34 years age??? Is it curable through  exercise or need surgery...And another thing I never gain mass on legs, hands and face except other  body parts , what is the reason behind that??

There’s a natural bowing of legs at knees- it’s called physiological varus. If you feel this bowing is excessive, visit a knee surgeon. We generally get a scannogram done to measure the exact angles : this gives exact idea how much bowing is there. If it’s beyond normal - something needs to be done about it to correct it so that your knees don’t develop early arthritis.
