Bouts of dizziness with nausea nd bowels

Good evening Dr.My mother has been getting frequent bouts of dizziness associated with nausea and a feeling of passing stools, also a tingling sensation or pain in left leg and hand.Its been happening very often of late mostly in lying down position, mostly after midnight.. if I ask her if she hears a ringing sound in the ears she says yes in the right ear...but don't know if she is able to say that correctly as she has hearing issues too.. Have been giving her Vertin 8mg once daily, Dizitac twice daily.. What should I do Dr.Kindly advice.. Sometimes I give her Nausetil when she gets such attacks at night
