Pain in both legs radiating to back, shoulder and neck. Is it muscular or neural pain? kindly advice

Neural pain is usually associated with tingling, numness, burning sensation along with pain. If any of above with pain then it's neural. Otherwise it's muscular. Can be treated with medications if muscular
