Dear Sir. My brother is under dialysis condition in Bangalore.Due to high creatinine both Kidneys failed&now he is in dialysis condition.Doctor advised,due to weak nervous system can't able to dialysis for long period.They suggested to go for Fistula. Any experience Doctor can advise for Fistula operation n treatment. Thanking you Suresh

Fistula Is ideal way for maintenance hemodialysis. If he is already into his illness for 3 or more months, ideal modality is not dialysis but renal transplant as it give near normal life style, good quality of life.
