Both hypo and hyperthyroidism

Is it possible to have symptoms of both hypo and hyperthyroidism, initially I had weight gain, fatigue, hair loss, facial swelling, cold after few months I'm experiencing heat, restlessness, dizziness along with earlier symptoms, what kind of thyroid disorder I'm having

There could be 2 possibilities in your case: 1. You may be having thyroiditis. In thyroiditis you can have symptoms of hypo and hyperthyroidism both, and the thyroid hormone levels also fluctuate. 2. If you were started on thyroid supplementation for hypothyroidism, it may be possible that your tsh has now normalised and your thyroid  medicine dose needs to be reduced. In both these cases however please remember this - Symptoms of thyroid disease take time to normalise. Your thyroid report may come normal after treatment but you may still have symptoms of hypo or hyperthyroidism. You HAVE to give it time to improve.
Next Steps
Please get anti thyroid antibodies and local ultrasound of the thyroid done. Please consult an endocrinologist in your area for proper treatment and guidance.
