  4. Both hands wrist. Bone marrow problem?

Since last 2-3 months I got pain in my both hands wrist to elbows. I can feel pain in my bone. Sometimes it last for 5-6 days and sometimes for just 2-3 hours and pain is not the continue one. I feel there is some problem in bone marrow. Is it really bone marrow problem? To whom should I consult for this.
