My husband met with an accident on 25th Aug and he has excruciating pain in both arms since then. He has consulted a pain specialist 2 days ago but his pain becomes unbearable specially when he tries to sleep. He hasn't been able to sleep for almost 3 nights because of the pain. What should be done?
