The main indications for bone marrow examination for The diagnosis and management of acute leukemia , staging for lymphoma , evaluation of pancytopenia , thrombocytopenia , investigation of anemia , fever (unknown origin), lymphadenopathy ,  hepatosplenomegaly ,&, megaloblastic anemia
