Boil treatment?

This is the second time it has recurred. How to treat it without antibiotics(oral)? I am avoiding antibiotics as i have taken a lot of antibiotics for other reasons recently.

As per the image , it looks like an infection. A proper examination has to be done and treatment can be started . You can visit us at the clinic or do an online consultation for the same .
