It started with a tail Bone pain. Now there is formation of boil or cyst. It has no opening kindly help

It’s a pilonidal sinus Get it excised by a local surgeon It will recur if treated conservatively

It's a clear case of pilonidal sinus Kindly get one MRI U will get the confirmation Than consult a good surgeon Get further management It will not go It will be continued to be form if u take antibiotics for now It will occurs after 3 months
