Boil on upper lip with pulsating pain
I have a boil on the upper lip which is causing pulsating pain on the lip and surrounding area. Mind swelling is there and it's itchy all the time. It's paining all the time . I tool paracetamol and applied muprocine on it. Please advise if I need antibiotics ?
