Hello Doctor, I have boils inside my nose and it is very painful. I don't know whether to have pain killers or not. Please suggest.

It's Furunculosis, you may have plucked hair from nostril. Apply B-bact oint three times a day and get a thorough consultation to properly diagnose and treat it
