Hi, I am having more white and red patches on both palms after carrying bags. It disappeared after 4-5 mins. This was not a problem 4-5 years ago. Please suggest if it's due to any vitamin issues or body weakness. My blood report, haemoglobin report, sugar levels (I also take diabetic medicines for last 10 yrs) are fine.
