I have warts all over my hands and foot. I have been using salicylic acid solution for treatment as suggested by my dermatologist. But I still have those warts. What is the best treatment I can go for warts? Do you think laser treatment help in curing warts?

Warts can be removed through radiofrequency cautery by a dermatologist. No scarring after procedure. Safe and permanent
