Body warm esp stomach and cheeks the fac

Hello Doctors, Greetings. My body is warm but no temperature. The parts warm are the belly, my cheeks as in face. Limbs are normal. I am not feeling good. There are no loose stools. There is no fever. My HB is 13.5. I am not diabetic nor a high bp. Nor a patient of thyroid. Pls suggest. Thnx n regards
