Body stiffness and discomfortness in mor

Few months back i resigned my job for some issue and staying free. In short time efffected with disc buldge and neck pain, for which i am going for physio. Now every morning feeling whole body stiffness and pains and lot of discomfortness. Want to know whats happening with me ?? And any tests required ???

I think you need a job to keep yourself busy and join angym for exercises. If it persists get xray and mri.

The symptoms you give are suggestive of inflammation. It's advisable to visit an orthopaedic doctor for clinical examination. In case you are unable to visit,then you can get your ESR, CRP and HLA B 27 levels tested.
