Body Response During Workouts

2026-05-18 14:45:44
Hello doctor. I am a beginner with exercise and workouts, and even during light activity or stretching I sometimes get erections very easily. Sometimes even thinking about exercise makes me anxious because I worry this may happen again. Due to embarrassment and overthinking, I have avoided exercise many times even though I want to improve my health. Sometimes a small amount of clear fluid also comes from the private area during or around exercise. There is no pain, swelling, burning, or urinary problem, but mentally it makes me uncomfortable and worried. I also wanted to ask about stomach-down positions like cobra pose or lying prone. During erections, I become confused about safe positioning against the floor or bed. Should it rest naturally or be adjusted upward comfortably? I mainly want to know what is medically safe, whether this can be a normal body response, and how I can exercise comfortably without fear or shame.
