I have low grade fever From 2 month, when doctor say ki check some blood test , in blood report showing typhoid and wbc increase 16000 abd esr 70 . What to do

HELLO, HOSPITALIZATION IS IMPORTANT. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D.. I.V HIGHER ANTIBIOTICS WITH I.V NORMAL SALINE. ELCTROLYTE IMBALANCE SHOULD BE CORRECTED BY I.V FLUID. DIET IS ALSO TAKEN CARE BY IV FLUIDS. ORAL DIET IS ONLY LIQUIDS SO IT IS PERFECT. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. O.K, BYE.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days and a tab. Zerodol-p twice or thrice a day after food for 3 days. You may be suffering from Chronic bacterial infection which was not treated properly. Your WBC count is16000.so you may not suffering from typhoid. Your absolute eosinophil count is70 . So you may be suffering from tuberculosis, Do MX test ,chest x ray, sputum for AFB, blood cultures and sensitivity
Next Steps
take paracetamol 650mg 3times sy . gelucil 2sp three times tab. clavum 625two or three times cap,polybion 2 times a day
