I am feeling dizziness while standing and sitting and lying on bed and also my fingers and foot becoming numbness when lying on bed and while walking my right hand fingers getting numbness

It may be due to low HB, Low Calcium, Low Vit D and Low Vitamin B12. You need to get 2-3 tests done. And need medicines.
