Body heat increases

My body as I feel is having a high temperature. Three days back i was taking Azithromycin 500 mg twice for two days and Ascrocil syrup for three times . Now i have stopped this . I was having a severe cough . What to do . Is this medication effect

Azithro dose is 500 mg once a day not twice Ascrocil is good ... Complete the course of 5 days And high temperature - take fever medication also
