Body Discomfortness

Good Morning Doctors, From yesterday i am facing follwing symptoms. 1. Lower abdomen heaviness sometime in right side or sometime in left side 2. Nose is getting dry. 3. Mucus building in the throat 4. Light chills feeling but body temperature is normal. 5. Joint discomfortness both in legs and hands I do not have any fever or cough. I am not in a contact with any covid persons. I follow all covid precautions now also.
