Body Discomfort

From today evening i am having some sort of wierd burping, right light headache, feverish feel also. But body temperature is 97.9 to 98.3. Spo2 is 98-99% and heart rate is below 75 bpm. No sore throat, no cough, no fever. According to me i am not in contact with covid patients. Please guide me.
