Dehydration is unrelated to B Complex deficiencies. Weakness and feeling of dehydration is due to loss of fluids and ions, since we often forget drinking adequate water due to our busy lifestyle. Please drink more water and have more fruits. Electrol or Glucon D can also be useful GET YOUR HEMOGLOBIN CHECKED. IRON DEFICIENCY IN WOMEN IS QUITE COMMON AND PRESENTS SIMILIARLY
