  4. Body always hot. Could be the reason?

My hands legs and whole body including face is always hot to touch, no matter what time or situation, whenever someone touches me they say do i have a fever. Suffering from this my whole life, when i take a bath with cold normal tank water my palms go pale and aches. I can also clearly see my veins in my palms. What could be the reason
