Seems like you've got some viral fever. The weakness might persist for another couple of days to may be a week. You can go ahead with tab paracetamol on sos basis. For fast recovery,  you can take Cap B complex once daily. Take healthy diet. Don't skip meals. Have atleast 10-12 glasses of water in a day. After a vouple of days, when you feel better, start some light exercises or walk of around 30 mins. Contact online for follow up.
