Body ache and weakness

Hello Doctor I am not sure whom I need to consult that is the reason i am consulting here My mother suffering from the body ache from last 6 month We have done all the test body profile , RA , thiroid , ANA , ACCP and CRP but doctor was unable to diagnosis the issue because all the reports were normal except CRP 19 , vitamin D3 20 and except all reports were normal Please advice because it is tiring now Thank You in Advance Kunal

Vir D is deficient and may be responsible for body ache. Also share reports so that i can know what other tests have been done. She will need vit D 60000 units weekly once for 2 months.

At the age of 55 years every person will need supplements of Iron, Calcium and Multivitamin Capsules. In case there is a specific deficiency then further Supplements may be required. This is when all investigations are normal.

Get her vitamin profile done for b 12 and also her diabetes and thyroid status and also CBC and iron profile
