Eat plenty of cooked vegetables,fruits greengram sprouts everyday. Drink enough water,buttermilk  everyday. Raisins,walnuts,almonds,figs,drydates are good. Walk,yoga,exercise for one two hrs everyday. Sleep at night leisurely ,for six hrs atleast. Substitute millets for rice.
