Body ache after c section

Hi, I have undergone c section delivery on 21st Nov 22, n since then I'm having body aches, which subsides only after taking pain killers.. Could please let me know if it is this is normal to have body ache n when will this go away completely. I'm  worried about the same.  Please help Thanks in advance

Please take adequate diet and minerals like calcium magnesium and vit d for bone health It will be fine after some days

Could be a sign of calcium and vitamin d deficiency Hope you are taking calcium supplements regularly Get ur vit d levels checked
