For new moms, breastfeeding can feel entirely displacing—you’re dealing with two new bodies (yours and your baby’s) and you’re loaded with uncertainty, stress and self-doubt.
Next Steps
The first thing to do is to see a lactation consultant—they can help assess whether your supply is indeed low  as most women make just enough and, if it is really very low, they can offer constructive solutions on how to increase breast milk.

Why it came to your mind that milk should be increased. If baby is growing well, why worry. Check growth chart. If baby suckles frequently, milk production is increased. Never do mixfeeding, breast plus formula. That is a sure method to decrease breast milk. After 6 months, you can start solid foods, but continue breastfeeding. Give Vitamin D 400 units daily Keep baby warm About your diet, you can eat normal balance diet.
