I am myopic having left 2.25 and right 2.75. I am using specs from past 3 years. But my specs no is increasing constantly. And also pain in my eyes. So suggest me how to reduce my no. and eyeache and headache after removing specs

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses Lasik is a very good option for this but it is possible only after age of 18yrs. Moreover power should be stable For more information you can read my health tip on lasik available on practo healthfeed Regards
