Blue on the finger

I hit my finger against a table today and it has swollen a little and turned red/blue and it's paining. What medication can be taken. Thank you.

This seems to be a trivial injury. A tablet Diclofenac and Tab Chymoral Forte, taken twice a day will be sufficient.
