Sir/mam I am suffering from diabetes and BP and do fasting My problem is this acidity and go for motion for 3 to 4 time and my to leg is pain whole day I am taking following medicine Megaglipton 20 before breakfast Glycomate 850 sr after dinner Telmikined 40 morning 10 Amlodac 5 mg bed time Pantocid 40 bed time start 2 day before Tryca 0.25 bed time My BP and diabetes undercantrol I am suffering from stone all so. please apriciat your valuable advice and help
