Bloody stool
From past 2days i was bleed when i am pooping..the stool is extrmly hard..i take iron tablet..so the stool is hard sometimes.the stool is not bloody.but after passing stool the anus area is bloody.bright red bllod.the anus area swalloen and pain ful.

Piles or fissure.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Oxyurate ointment locally by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two weeks for complete healing.
Duphalac syr10 ml at night to soften the stool.
Light dinner.
Plenty of water n liquid.
