You likely have anal fissures or hemorrhoids. What to Do? ✔ Sitz bath – Soak in warm water for 10-15 min, 2-3 times daily. ✔ Apply ointment – Use Lignocaine gel (like Lox 2%) for pain relief. ✔ Take stool softeners – Syp Duphalac/Lactulose to avoid straining. ✔ Increase fiber & water intake – Eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains. If bleeding persists or worsens, see a doctor for further evaluation.
