X ray shows slightly increased cardiothoracic ratio

4.monocytes 0.09 in normal. 20-.50
5.platelet 1.20 lakh

These tests are okay except that the platelet count is low. If cardiothoracic ratio is high, we need to get an echo. Most important would be the physical examination. Please see a physician in your vicinity. You did not mention the wbc count. It could be important. So is serum creatinine.
