Blood test report

I got my blood test report and the ESR was 32. What does this mean? Also, I have cholinergic urticaria. Is that the reason? Or something else

ESR is a very non specific marker and it's difficult to say by surety that this the cause of raised ESR. Most likely urticaria may be the cause. ESR is raised in various inflammatory, infectious and physiological conditions.
