Iam non diabetic, My Sugars are normal That is Hba1c, FBS, RBS but iam addicted to test frequent Sugar tests like weekly 3 Times. I feel very excitement and anxiety about sugars, Pls suggest how to control my anxiety about Sugars and how often to check Sugars in my situation.

Diabetes is not something which cannot be cured...
It's as simple as other diseases..
It needs lifestyle modifications, changes in diet and exercise..
Presently if you have normal sugars.. Relax.. No need to worry
Keep yourself away from addictions...
Live in present.. Don't overthink and enjoy your life
Check blood sugars once a year if you are not diabetic
Take actions like doing healthy diet and life style with regular exercise... to prevent getting diabetic
instead of checking frequent sugars
Frequent behaviour of monitoring and same with all perspect.. means some times we call OCD - Obsessive compulsive disorder
in such case you may need help of psychiatrist
