Iam checking my blood sugar frequently, My FBS result 90, after 2 hrs of meals 125, At 5PM after tea 107, At 7 PM my RBS is 90. These fluctuations are common in normal people? How often to check blood sugars in normal people. Pls suggest. Regards.

Hi. These readings and fluctuations are normal. Don't worry. According to your age, yearly full body check up is sufficient. Specific check up needed only incase you are suffering from any disease.
