Blood sugar not controling

54 years female with type 2. Diabetes from past 10 years.Blood sugar is high on a continuous basis, range is 250- 300 before fasting and post lunch.Taking insulin from past 3 years. Hbalc range is 13.5 please suggest how to proceed further.

Hello, Your sugars are very high and your control HBA1c is also high, it is difficult to advise based on info you have provided. I need info on diet, exercise, Insulin doses, other medications you take, that will give me a better idea of your current diabetes status. If possible please consult me.
