Dear dr,my mother is diabetic here fasting sugar level is 200 and post is 170. Here medicine are zoryal m3 1000 2 time and januvia 100

Can I know what is her HBA1C and Creatinine level. Would recommend you to show the patient to a physician or Diabetologist. I would think patient may require Basal insulin to get glycemic level under control. She would also require dosage modification depending on the clinical picture and other parameter.
