Hi, I checked my blood sugar today by glucometer it turned out to be 99 before eating and 2 hours after eating lunch i got 151. I had a all maida wrap, chocolate cake and ice cream for lunch. 3 hours later it is 148. Can anyone tell me is this a cause of concern?
