Something wrong either with your diet and eating habits or the recommended time gap is not being followed. Fasting should be after 8 hours of Fasting. Nothing to eat or drink during this period. All PP sugar reports should be within 90 to 120 minutes after eating ( not before 90 minutes and not after 120 minutes).
