Sir in my legs blood is running fast due to which my feet become hot and in body there is problem in blood circulation specialy in legs

Are you having any swelling in your legs? Does it happen after exercise? Do you have any pain? Are there any colour changes in your legs skin? If the answer for the above question is yes the immediately go for an opinion.
