Blood report query
Hi
From last 2days I had fever 102degree celcius. Also got loose motion along with a bit stomachache.
Today my body temperature is normal but i am feeling very weakness and feeling dizziness.
Attached photo is my blood report sample i have tested today.
Could you please check and confirm the diagnosis.

Need antibiotics to take.
Start
Tab Dolo 650 MG po Three times a days.
Tab Taxim-0 200mg po BD
Cap vizylac po bd
Plenty of ors fluid.
Walk as possible.
Relax have plenty of warm fluids/ors/fruit juice.
If more issues connect.
