I did Urinalysis. Blood : Detected(Trace) in urine RBC: 2-3 /hpf Crystals : Calcium oxalate crystals (+) Detected. Rest things are fine. Does it mean I surely have Kidney store??

No, you need to do USG KUB to look for kidney stones.
