What is the correct way to check BP at home ? Because sometime i check at home on automated machine it shows like 142/84 or 150/80 than i constant check because i feel anxious why my BP shows this number because my average number shows 120/90 to 135/90.

Blood pressure readings are never constant. It is not even the same in your upper and lower limbs. So relax. If for 3 consecutive days Bp is more than 140/80 you need antihypertensive medications. You can take online consultation for the prescription.
